Ann, I have always heard about these dog of the dow theories, but always wondered how they worked. One of the real good local lady brokers put a theory in the newspaper several years ago. Her theory was to buy the top performing dow stocks and just hold on. I liked that one. At the time, she gave statistics on how that had worked in the past and I don't remember exactly, but it was very good.

These theories are all very interesting. Later.
