He's learning on the job. He knew the world from watching "the shows." Figured everything was easy, just tell terrorists to knock it off or we'll kill your families and torture you, raise tariffs through the roof and all our trading partners won't retaliate and all the jobs will come home, just tell China to take care of NK ... then he listens to the President of China for 10 minutes and comes away saying it was more complicated than I thought.
