It's not legalize for anything, and I'm more interested in doing what we can to become FF-free by 2050 and to make our cities and towns more resistant to the effects of climate than I am with helping other countries cope. "what Wharf Rat really wants is you to be forced to pay for reparations to third world dictators via legal means and threats" That comes as a big surprise to him.He was always under the impression he wanted you to be forced to pay reparations to Uncle Sam via a carbon tax, in order to help convert us to a FF-free economy, which means we wouldn't need to buy oil from third world countries.
