He called for that during the campaign. The only reason he won't put himself on Mt Rushmore is he won't want to share the space with those losers. He'll want another bigger mountain so he can look down on the Rushmore guys. It can come out of the trillion dollar infrastructure program. No, wait he'll get a neighboring country to pay for it. Mexico will pay for the wall, Canada will pay for Mt Trumpmore.
