Sure he will, after all he won a massive landslide just last year ....... a minus three million popular votes nationwide and a 88K vote victory margin in three states giving him an EC victory. It's amazing. The best election victroy in history. No one else could have won. He alone can win and he alone can "fix all our problems": He alone can make "all our wildest dreams come true."

The above are all based on things he said.

"Time to stock up on absinthe or hightail it down to the medical marijuana store "
The store comes to Rat. Jerry Brown is trying to make it easier for them to do that by eliminating the middleman.

Gov. Jerry Brown's administration has proposed a plan for merging regulations for medical and recreational marijuana ahead of licensing the growing and selling of the latter next year.

The new rules proposed by the administration include eliminating both state-issued medical-marijuana identification cards and the requirement that pot goes through a third-party distributor, and the rules use a Proposition 64 licensing structure for both recreational and medicinal cannabis.
