Well, uh, according to most trade magazines (please don't start about how they are biased because Microsoft pays for ads with them--I've already heard it), IE is better than Netscape in most categories. Users are of course welcome to make their own objective choices (personally, I usually run both Nav and IE simultaneously).

And while it's a close race on Win32, it seems as though consensus has it that IE for Mac is significantly better than Communicator for Mac (in particular, the trade publications are very enthused by IE-Mac's low hardware reqs).
