You are hopeless. When waving his hands around Trump's hand had to be, at one time or other, where that reporters was. The crooked press froze that frame catching it. Don't be such an idiot. Watch the video. Trump was constantly waving his arm around. The reporter's arm is frozen He cannot move it. There is no way Trump was mocking his handicap. It is just that simple. I guess when you are completely brain dead even the simple things are hard for you to figure out.
