Dear Ted and ALL Threaders: CONSYGEN'S LISTING ON NASDAQ SHOULD BE APPROVED IN TWO WEEKS I have just had a conversation with the second largest shareholder of ConSyGen. He spoke with ConSyGen's lawyer today about the pending listing on NASDAQ. The Company will receive their NASDAQ listing in about two weeks. NASDAQ had asked for the most recent stocholders list and it took time for ADP to run the list. I will be following up tommorrow with ConSyGen's lawyer who I know. I am in the Financial Industry. I am the Managing Director of IRA Capital in New York. We have represented ConSyGen in the past and were involved in the recent financial raise.
