I don't think he's even capable of vaguely conceiving of that view. He's too brainwashed by locked in Establishment "thinking", the related hate and to must always be right.

Pearl Harbor would also have been impossible for him to conceive of, and then consider how relatively few Republicans there were around at the time to blame. He and Alex, etc. would have permanently imploded for lack of anyone to blame or lay off their deep war lover guilt on. <g>
