$GOLD Weekly Annotated This chart was first developed on March 20th, and subsequent to that (the week after) I posted that gold had 'officially' broken out after it first crossed the downtrend line and remained to the upside. I love divergences, and use them all the time, but there were senior people still worried that $GOLD would fail as late as mid week last. Trust these breakouts on longer cycle... they are real. Sometimes they reverse to touch base, but they are real. The Donald sees to it.
