Makes sense as median home prices above prior levels. Interest rates much lower and rents much higher than last cycle top. Very tight inventory so prices and debt levels should rise for a few more years except most frothy submarkets of gateway cities where prices might flatten or drop some while debt levels even there keep rising. Yes this will end bad yet again someday..
