Sounds good. But, then you have someone like this idiot yesterday. Someone just looking to be put to death and who may continue to kill other people until someone kills him. No doubt about his status: Cold Blooded Killer. Even if one concludes the death penalty is inhumane there is this guy, who just needs it so badly.
