Here's partial list of firms that downgraded NSCP *after* Monday's
bad news. (From 'strong-buy/buy) 'Where were they when you needed them' is, of course an oft told story, but worth remebering -- especially since these very firms (and in some cases the exact analysts) are the same who continue to spurt ga ga about Internet stocks from A-Y (AOL to YHOO). Not a reason to sell, but a good one for doing a lot of one's own thinking.

Steve, MSFT will throw good money after bad, try to save MSN by taking over AOL for $20 billion, and be saved from bankruptcy when the competition bureau blocks the deal.

Been biting my lip to not short the dog -- you think it could make 100. Do you think they would try a split? How would that affect the convertible debt?
