We'll it sure is odd that the same PRTI attorney Milton Price last night is quoted as saying over the phone that <<PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages.>>

I say: MVPH had a 1st right of refusal that they arbitrarily valued at $0 and never entered into good faith negotiations with RMCW to resolve it. Therefore this dispute must be resolved legally.

I have not misled anyone and as usual your trying to twist this to suit your cause. <EOD>
