Michael, Wrong again Kugler! and if anyone is misleading shareholders it's you. It seems our source of information is the same and it sure is odd that the same PRTI attorney Milton Price last night is quoted as saying over the phone that <<PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages.>> BTW... MVPH had a 1st right of refusal that they arbitrarily valued at $0 and never entered into good faith negotiations with RMCW to resolve it. Therefore this dispute must be resolved legally. Mike
