That is spot on.

Access to health care for all is what we had before - through emergency rooms or underfunded free clinics for the poor or uninsurable.

The ability of Republican disinformation is amazing, the Democrats (and MSM) sometimes do a bad job of deconstructing the RW spin.

While others just want profits, Paul Ryan believes the bullshit. Is he stupid or just part of an Ayn Rand cult that controls his brain? I vote he is part of a cult that produces tremendous cognitive bias. Ryan's charm and physical image sells his crap.

Another very good essay from Klein, thanks for posting it.

IMO, that is their problem with nearly all of their positions: they pretend to want one thing but really want something else but can't say what that something else is because they know most people would reject it. And the underlying (but of course unstated) reason for that is, their core belief is that the wealthy are worthy and wise and should rule everyone else.
