* Was Dempsey Mork seen leaving the MVPH offices very upset?
* Was he on a cell-phone demanding a certain broker to shake more shares?

Michael,

I believe if you were able to ask the company they might tell you that it was much easier to just remove it from the 8K to clear up problems that the SEC had with it.

Now let's review things now:

1) RMCW still has the legal rights to the 4Mil MVPH shares + Augmentation Agreement per contract with PRTI.

2) There will be no dilution of shares for this asset.

It seems to me that this is a much better deal for us RMIL Shareholders! What do you think?
