Before this idiotic ACA lots of people paid for their doctor visits but they were cheap. Now, fewer people have to pay for doctor visits but the price of a visit for the uninsured is downright unaffordable (price for a 99213 [average visit] at my doctor's office has gone from $85 to $250 as a result of Obamacare). Most uninsured people who needed to go to the doctor just went. And paid the $85. I don't know what people do today.
