Dear bent, A business person has a fiduciary responsibility to best serve his interests in compliance with the law. The issue is what does the law encourage? Trump wants to change the incentives. As a a CEO he had a fiduciary responsibility to conform to the incentives of the law. Do you take every income tax deduction you can (assuming you actually have income)? Is there anything in the above you do not understand?
