Bob, Yes, I agree with your thoughts on the article. Also interesting is the fact that it states they are using a Cymer laser. Productivity features include a field-proven air-guided XY stage and a high-intensity illumination system using a Cymer KrF excimer laser, and Canon's new CQUEST II pattern independent... Zeev, I agree with your thoughts on how this may play out. With all I learn each day about the semi world, I'm hoping the next cycle will be more predictable, Uhhh! that sounds pretty wild and crazy (the use of semi and predictable in the same sentence).
