MVPH has no right to cancel the certificate. To cancel this certificate MVPH sshould have posted a $14 mil. CASH bond. Did they...NO!

RMCW is still in possession of said certificate.

I'm sure when this all unfolds we will find that many mistakes were made by MVPH in this matter.
