MK,

Concerning the 24 Sep 97 8K: you thought the options to aquire shares might affect the squeeze.

I don't think they will. Why, you ask. Well, per the 8K, they are options to aquire Rule 144 restricted shares. The options shall be issued within 6 months of closing (of the merger I'm asssuming).

They are restricted shares. Once the option was issued, they couldn't sell right away. I don't know how long they would be restricted though.

Long term, they would dilute the float (only if Gary, Roland, and Joel sold).

Therefore, short term (1-2 months at least), I don't think they would have any affect (or is it effect?).

I, too, have not seen any past filings indicating how the options were granted. These seem different than the Stock Option Plan shares.

Still Holding :-)

PS Any constructive criticism on my thoughts are welcome.
