But what I have found is the better one can think and is well adjusted the less violent they are. Ghettos are dangerous because so many of the people in them are too uneducated and don't understand the social contract or know how to resolve conflict without violence and cant keep their id under control. Jewish neighborhoods in the US are pretty safe. Because they educate their tribe.
