Nonsense.

First of all your facts are incorrect...Fox did not pay the 413 million total...O'Reilly paid most of it.
Second, there is no proof of these recent allegations and the source (Gloria Allred's daughter is the atty) is very biased....the timing is suspicious coming on the heels of the NYT hit piece...

Bottom line is that O'Reilly is out....and the question is whether this was smear job or was it justified....
