The gold coins were found in Shropshire England and their value was much appreciated by the Inland Revenue Service, or "Revenue and Customs" by their new moniker. Although John may live in Florida and Jay in Hong Kong, their place of residence had no affect on the case of the gold coins. I'm still not clear why you think the name should be interior revenue?

Trump's armada off the coast of North Korea is really good at stealth because no one can find them, not even the US military. THAADs were scheduled to be installed in South Korea at the end of 2017. Trump in his usual impulsiveness has ordered some of the components shipped even though though the locations to install them will not be ready for another six months.

And you're certainly right that Trump has been doing a lot of "negotiating" with the 27 Tea Party Congress members. He has another 43 months of negotiating time, but only one week before their threatened shut-down of the government. I suspect Trump would like to negotiate with the Tea Party like this scene he saw in "The Fifth Element".
