Brown needs to look to the countries that have it, how they do it, and copy the best system he can find. CA has a larger economy than many countries that have it. CA needs to lead the way for America, as it's done with so many things.

As I recall from his state of the state address, Brown revealed there is $60B in deferred maintenance of infrastructure in California.

Our state pension funds are terribly underfunded.

Wile Governor Brown made amazing progress toward California's deficit, these are economic time-bombs.

Health care needs to be NATIONAL or obviously sick uninsured people will flood into California. Who could blame them?

It must be noted that the CITY of San Francisco has an imperfect-but-positive version of health care for the poor and uninsured residents, that has not devastated them:
