Bev, Investing in the Semi-equip sector I learned that when all the analysts have upgraded or recommended a stock, often that was near the top. The same held true for downgrades and bottoms. I don't see any other evidence of a top with TXB, but with a number of upgrades out - it is disconcerting that the stock just hovers around 5.75-6. Are biotechs different? Just waiting for FDA approval? TIA for any responses by people that know a lot more than I do.
