You couldn't be further from the truth.....I don't know what kind of business yours is but it is obviously staffed by low level, low skills people..... During my career I interviewed hundreds of highly skilled people, mostly PhD's and high level techs be they for my own department or for the company in general. I did a lot of recruiting at major universities and job fairs.... And for 20 years I was a manager of an R&D group at IBM composed of mainly PhD's and high level techs.. In all that time, I don't think I every heard a candidate ask about insurance as being an important consideration for accepting our job offers....of course no one ever doubted that companies like IBM provided insurance to their employees.... And that dear Billy tells me a whole lot about the type of company your run and the people you employ...
