I just think it is a city/country thing around here. I do think our power grid needs a hell of a lot of work. There is very little buried cable in my area. And even in the nearby towns, if a pole gets hit by a car you can be out for an hour. When we lived in Dallas it was rare.

I would say the US is a sitting duck if anyone really wanted to go for causing power problems.

Sounds nice...I have cousins in Siena...most of the family is still in Chieti and Pescara.
