It's problematic to me in the sense that the Admiral in charge of the strike group knew where it was going. That Admiral also more then likely knew that Trump stated it was heading to NK. But everyone failed to send that information up through the chain of command to Mattis or the Secretary of the Navy to allow for Trump to either correct his statements or for the Strike Group to actually be routed to NK. So there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Either the Civilian Commander in Chief of our armed forces wasn't given the correct information which is a problem or he was and then that is a different problem.
