If the first admendment did not apply to hate speech then sharkie would have been banned years ago, Hate speech is the suppression of free speech. hate speech always leads here

Didn't know such a clause were part of the 1st amendment. Now, having 'learned' that, who decides what is 'hate speech' and what is not?

Please give me a specific answer with links to facts only, so I can add something useful to my limited knowledge.
