I expect global trade will continue until our ports are under water. As for agriculture, what's the problem? It would be the CalMex border, not the USMex. We could set our own policy. They'll have to build a wall along our eastern border.

What would happen to the desert in southern CA? You think that the US would just continue to give them water? The US stiffs Mexico of the water granted to them by treaty as it is. When push comes to shove, they would do the same to CA and just give more to the other desert states of NM, AZ, NV and CO.
