Ed,

I was an Amati investor, and so were many other friends of mine. None of them invested in Spectrum. (Not yet invested, I should say). But I really don't think that any of the stock movement is being caused by any of the Amati investors. This stock moves big percentages when there is something in the works. I truly believe its the insiders and connections to the inside which get in first before any sort of positive announcements... Purely my thoughts.

Steve

[stock movement]

Ed --

Was there a new round of pay-outs, or do you think some Amati holders just became interested in Spectrum?

This time I'm tempted to think there's more to the price jump than that, but it doesn't really matter. We'll know in time.

Cheers!

Pat
