Riley , or myself, are shareholders, we don't have to answer to anybody, particularly KUgler, your buddy, who is here 8-10hrs. a day shaking shares. You or Tonto turn the other cheek to Kuglers direct assault on 15USC Chapter 2a sub.i.77q!...all you 'holier-than-thou' hypocrits....the stock is trading tommorow, you have a problem, call the co.! How arrogant of any of you to think Riley owes anybody an 'answer'! Yet Kugler, defiant, shaking shares, in OVERDRIVE the day before trading starts doesn't warrant a peep out of you!! You simply turn a cheek to your unethical broker comrad! You gotta problem, do what Weber did, go to the source, Kugler will (IMO) end up with Mork in prison!
