I doubt that seriously, if it were true I can't imagine that we'd have seen the insider selling that we did. I just don't that as seriously as I should. Its the telltale sign and too often investors like us sit around trying to find reasons for the selling. Its rarely worth waiting to find out about, too many other opportunities to take the chance.

If (when) it tanks tomorrow, I think you can safely wait out your 31 days. It'll be a while before this puppy turns around.

Re a new CEO: I can't really see any heavy-hitter agreeing to work at MCRE as CEO as long as Wilczak is Chairman. Anyone credible is going to want Chairman/CEO. In other words, no Wilczak. Paul Allen can probably make that happen.
