Normally he'd have fought that but he wanted to get on with the Presidency. You knew that. He's your President. Accept it and move on.

Often settling makes a lot of sense from an economic and time standpoint.....even when the accusations are frivolous...there is a cost to defense...and if its a case where you can not recover attorneys fees....it often is the best course.
