As Fuchi said, since Compaq is looking into adding 2nd MediaGX assembler, we may see a reintroduction of MediaGX on the desktop.

I wonder if it was the technology - Compaq had every reason to expect 220mHz by Jan and Cyrix could only deliver 200mHz. Along came AMD, who not only had 200mHz, but apparently 233mHz (per Lehman news on AMD as Compaq was selling 233mHz in Hong Kong before X'mas). I would guess the new 0.25um GXm has timing problems that need to be fixed.

What is this company's sales road-map for the next 6 months?
