If he is. One of the things the Left is not getting is that everything he is doing is being thought out. None of this is "off the cuff" as you think it is. The best example, I would say, is the threat to China in regard to "currency manipulation." This was an obvious negotiating tactic during the campaign in which he was laying the groundwork for some future event. He knew he would use it, in this case to get China to put pressure on NK. Something Obama would NEVER have had the understanding to have done. Now, we don't know if China is going to solve the problem or not, but it has long been believed that China is the key to success with NK and Obama never even TRIED to get China off dead center because he had no negotiating LEVERAGE. Trump did. And he used it quickly. And he still has it if they don't produce. This is negotiating genius.
