Other than what happened yesterday, I haven't really followed events closely over the past 6 months.

But that news release effectively says that any revenues they generate in this current quarter will be eaten up by cash burn.

Indian contracts just can't be trusted, given the currency turmoil over there (confiscating cash), IMO.. It's going to lead to deflation and decreased economic activity (demand), so far as I can see..

Sinovel, if anything at all is happening, will likely fall victim to efforts to get Bejing to support disarming NK's nuke program.

But then again, if China fails to rein in Kim 3.0, it could be included as part of economic and political pressure on Bejing.. But I just wouldn't count on it..

They just need to see some contracts coming for DVARs in the US and elsewhere to strengthen the grid. That, and some progress on navy contracts. But with a gov't shutdown pending, that could fall through as well..
