If you read my letter, as sarcastic as it may be, I haven't accused anybody of anything. (And, by the way, since you are loathe to accuse anyone of anything, don't imply that a still-admitted-to-the-bar attorney is making accusations.) I just asked for the satisfaction of an investigation and reply. The prefatory statement of the price-fixing by brokers of stocks traded on NASDAQ is a matter of public record. The "peculiarities" of the way RSYS is traded is also a matter of public record. My letter merely suggests that where there's smoke there may be fire.

I'm glad you're satisfied that "...underlying values will always be recognized whether good or bad." I won't disillusion you by reciting the many instances in which--in my personal experience--good companies, as well as honest investors, were destroyed by proven stock manipulation (usually of stock traded on NASDAQ). But, I can't believe you're not aware of the ongoing investigation of NASDAQ's trading practices by the SEC.

However, I understand and respect your position as an "innocent bystander" who doesn't want to get involved. After all, next to Mom, apple pie and greed, that's the American way of life. (We crafty lawyers are the first to applaud all of these attributes.)

But, you are right for your criticism of my "shame on all of you." It was not appropriate and, for that, I apologize.

Dylan, forgive me for the previous message. I shouldn't write messages late at night after serving on public service committees servicing nobody but themselves. It makes one very belligerent.
