Al, Arnie & others- Buffet has said, (paraphrasing), "In the short term the market is a voting machine. In the long term it is a weighing machine." TA is useful to determine where the short term "vote" looks to be going. It is not very useful over long term as that is dependant solely on the business itself and the management. IMHO, playing around with this stock over the ST exposes you to the greatest risk of all. Missing the train when it leaves the station. Lots of people traded it in the $12-$18 range very profitably. They aren't too late to get on now, but in a few weeks who knows? To be sure, most stocks should be traded, not held. Few companies have the competitive strength of NXTL. I just think this is a very unusual company that is priced at a DISCOUNT, not a premium like KO, MSFT etc. BTW, the two big junk issues are callable '01 & 02 if my memory serves me. They go cash pay this and next year. Bubba
