Yeah, Trump is SO concerned about NATO members that don't pay their fair share. What of these STATES that don't pay their fair share?

and then give it to states that provide no services to their people by comparison.

And, to add insult to injury, those states tend to be very proud of how they stand on their own two feet and feel that the government is too intrusive...
