Jeff,
I feel fairly certain that it is the Prf. selling and I would like to look at their actions from 2 angles that may help ease the fear of this (or whatever big) seller is out there. First, they are not "insiders" in the classic since of the term. They do not work at ACTV, nor are they privy to advance inside information. Their decision to sell does not automatically signal impending doom. I seriously doubt that Bill Samuels, or anyone at ACTV, are so lacking in character that they would "tip off" a single big investor of problems within the company so that that investor could bail out before others. Not only is it unethical, it is patently illegal. Now I have my differences with some aspects of the management style at ACTV, but I have always known, not just believed, that the management team have business ethics and character. I think it is very foolish to assume that whoever is selling is doing so because "they must know something." Which brings me to my second point: What is wrong with selling a profitable position? Remember, the Prf. holders put up a very large sum of money when the risks were much greater. It is simply prudent to adjust your portfolio. Smart investors do not try to hit homeruns. (A fact I wish I had learned sooner rather than later, but that is another story.) They go for the singles and doubles, producing profit by managing risk. They are just selling a winner, just like you hope to do someday as well. Do not let irrational fear (or greed) cloud your judgement. You have done your due diligence and have identified a company with strong growth potential. Stick with it. Don't let the actions of others sway your thinking unless you agree with the fundamentals of their reasoning.

Now that's your sermon for the day!! Good luck to all!!

PS. I hope I hyped the stock enough to get mailmen into a tizzy!!
