Uncharted waters. War the wild card as are interest rates both long term rates and steepness of yield curve. Also how the one percent somehow tries to hold up and juggle the balls of all the overvalued assets they control. Looking at commercial RE, auto loans, student loans, high tech, healthcare and deep state wheels greased during Obama years probably headwinds on economy going forward it seems perhaps leading to slowdown or minor recession in period you predicting. Going to be offset next 2-3 years by growth in new housing construction and mortgage debt filtering through and trickling down the economy with high rising home prices and lots of equity to be tapped, spent and churned. Will see how this plays out.
