Jupe and Toby, My own experience is when you feel as uncomfortable with management as I currently do its wise to begin making a strategic retreat from the field. As I posted to Hank the notice that RAIN will miss earnings would have been rather insignificant were it not to come on the heels of the Convertibles announcement and the announcement RAIN was comfortable with earnings. Right now I think RAIN needs credibility more than cash. I also didn't like the shareprice dropping for a week straight before this latest tidbit was made public. Regards, Ned
