I do not forget the bad stuff. That stuff should be fixable by a competent executive with dutiful oversight from the Congress. There are two issues here. One is the collection of properly owed dollars and the other is political abuse - which should be exposed by oversight. Right now we do not appear to be doing either. Trump is right - he inherited a mess.
