The solidarity is the reason the D's has always been the stronger of the two parties. They come at you as a herd. No matter what. The R's are more dispersed and divided because they tend to think as individuals. The problem though times have changed, the herd approach are putting the D's ten feet under. No bait, no leaders, no direction. Even on life support they stick together. The deal has a starting point. Right now its on Ryan and congress lap and its their deal at the moment. Its been ONLY 100 days!!. and 2018 is much closer then 2020.
