I am a new shareholder of JMAR; primarily due to the outstanding informational postings on this board. In particular, Bilberry, a friend of mine, has been illustrative on how well the net can serve us all. However, this latest posting soliciting for litigous action is quite disconcerting. Wake up and smell the coffee - there are no guarantees in the marketplace - just good 'guessestimates' which we brag about and poor ones that we choose to forget as soon as possible.

Sarge,

I totally agree with you. First, there's no basis for a class action suit, and second, only a maggot would even consider one. None of us have been harmed by JM's efforts to scrape together some cash for the company. Those who sold out did so prematurely, for whatever ill-informed reasons. I do not sing joyful songs whilst riding the tumbrel toward the Place de la Concorde, but then that's not the case here, is it?
Semper fi and don't sweat the small stuff like this. Take the high ground, feed em hot chow, machine guns to the left, mortars to the right and Go JMAR!

For what it's worth, I'm a lawyer and former Marine. That ought to qualify me for something, perhaps a beer when we cash in in 2002.
