Hank, there was a price increase announced on international rates that was to be retroactive back to 12/05. Let's just say that it didn't go over well in the field. Word just came out today that the rate increase that was just announced has been cancelled. I confirmed this with customer service tonight.

ps- i am not heavy into tech analysis but just looking at a current chart on ECI and trying to learn. What does a buy stop of 18.63 mean?

Glenn is correct. Excel WAS going to increase their international rates retroactive to December 5th, but the big backlash from the field convinced them to reconsider. No rate increase for now. Good to hear from you, Hank. Sorry, Frank, no revenue boost for now.
