Sylvain: That response from Select is interesting. Did UMSI pass "due diligence?" Did UMSI receive only $400k because that was all UMSI needed at the time, or that is the most the lenders were willing to send over based upon the financials? I want to know, if Select could get a hold of some financial information back in November, why we, the faithful shareholders, haven't seen jack since the 10K was due in September. That rankels me the most. Gene, are you going to call Zani and attempt to get a meeting with him? I think a face to face would be the most ideal situation, whether it is by pre-arranged meeting or spontaneous road-trip. Otherwise I think a phone conversation would be OK, or at least a stop gap.
